The case file already knows where the case stands.
Iurefficient reads the case file for every matter and answers citing the document and the passage; if something isn't there, it says so. Every deadline across the firm in one view, filings drafted with the case file in front of you, and client signatures without e.firma (Mexico's SAT e-signature).
Where does the case file for your matters live?
At most firms, part of it is in the system, part in email, and part in the partner's head.
Today
- Filing receipts photographed at the court that nobody reads again
- Deadlines in one person's calendar
- Every filing comes out different depending on who drafts it
- Clients without e.firma: print, sign and scan
With Iurefficient
- Every document, even a photo, becomes text you can ask questions about
- Deadlines for every matter in one view, with court and proceeding
- The structure and checklist for each filing, written once by the partner
- Signature by link, with no account and no e.firma
An AI that reads the case file. And cites it.
It isn't a generic chatbot: it knows your documents and your matters. And if something isn't in the case file, it says so.
Ask the case file
It answers with what the matter's documents say and gives you the document and passage it came from. If it isn't there, it says so: it doesn't make it up.
Deadlines that don't slip
Every deadline at the firm together, each tied to its matter, with its court, its time and the proceeding it stems from.
Structured filings
Filing structures with rules for each section and a review checklist. The draft is written section by section, with the case file as its source.
Contracts that capture themselves
The AI proposes each contract field along with the sentence that supports it, and nothing is saved until you review it.
The modules a law firm uses
Each one has its own page: what it does and how it is used.

Matters, deadlines, documents and filings in a single interface.
What changes at the firm
Less time searching
The answer comes with its citation: you verify it in seconds instead of rereading the case file.
No deadline lives in one calendar
If someone is out, the firm still sees what's due this week.
Consistent filings
The partner's judgment is written down and applied to every draft.

Frequently asked questions
Can the AI make up information about my cases?
It answers from the documents in the matter, cites every statement and tells you when the file is not enough to answer. It is still an assistant: check the citations before using an answer in a filing.
Are my documents sent to external servers?
In our cloud, your instance runs on Google Cloud. To answer a question, the relevant excerpts are sent to the configured AI provider. If nothing may leave your organization, install Iurefficient on your own infrastructure with a local model.
Are my files encrypted?
Yes. Each file is encrypted with AES-256-GCM on upload, with a key derived for its matter, and decrypted only when downloaded.
Is a signature by link legally valid?
A signature by link is a simple electronic signature (Mexican Commercial Code, articles 89 and 97) and comes with an evidence sheet: stroke, IP, browser, time and the document's SHA-256 fingerprint. It works for approvals and authorizations. For anything that requires an advanced electronic signature, the same flow runs through Mifiel with the e.firma and a NOM-151 certificate.
Does the signer need an account?
No. They receive a link and a one-time code by email; they see the document exactly as it was sent and sign by drawing on the screen, also from a phone.

Shall we ask one of your case files?
In the demo we upload one of your documents (no sensitive data) and ask it questions. You verify the citation.
