What’s new? v4.91 — Installing a role without calling support

The assistant’s roles —Project Manager, PMO, CFO, Sales— are installed from Settings › Roles, and the screen tells you what the project lacks before you install. Central can also now see whether a suggestion was dealt with.
v4.91.1 — Knowing what happened to what was asked for
When someone types “this should be able to…” in the chat, the system detects it, rewrites it without any case data and turns it into a ticket for the team. That path worked one way only. The central console knew where each request had been sent, but not whether anyone had dealt with it: closing the ticket left no trace there.
Now the console asks for each ticket’s status at the moment the screen is opened —without keeping a copy that could go stale— and lets you search and filter: what is still open, what is resolved, what is closed. It is the first step toward making “what did we do with what we were asked?” answerable without relying on anyone’s memory.
v4.91.0 — Installing a role without calling support
Roles —Project Manager, PMO, CFO, Sales— are what turn the assistant into someone who knows a job: its doctrine, what it may and may not decide, the templates it works with. Until now, installing them on a project meant logging into the server.
They now live in Settings › Roles. And before installing, the screen does something that matters more than the button: it states what that role will never decide on its own and what the project is missing for the role to be useful. A PMO over a portfolio where only one project in fourteen has a baseline will not be able to prioritize by cost, and it is better to know that up front than to find out in its first answer. Building that screen revealed that the earlier diagnosis was failing for all four roles —it looked up entities as if they were documents— and it was fixed.
Tickets
Two things a user reported from the chat itself, which the suggestions system turned into a ticket on its own: the templates menu ran off the screen when a template was long, and the editor did not support mermaid diagrams the way documents do. It now does, and they render as you type.
