What’s new? v4.109 — More complete tickets and inventory, and a door for integrations

Split tickets, track time, satisfaction surveys, book value and QR labels in inventory, and API tokens with signed webhooks to integrate other systems.

v4.109.0 — More complete tickets and inventory, and a door for integrations

Version 4.108.0 gave the service desk SLAs, ITIL types, rules, a catalog and a CMDB. This release closes what still showed when comparing it with a professional service desk tool.

Tickets

  • Split a ticket. When what looked like one problem was two, separate them: the new ticket copies the comments, stays linked to the original and inherits neither the assignee nor the time already logged.
  • Time worked. Every time entry adds up on the ticket and is reported by agent and by queue.
  • Satisfaction survey. Off by default and enabled per queue. The requester rates the service from the “resolved” email or from the portal.
  • Export now includes the time and the service catalog answers.

Inventory

  • Book value for every device, calculated straight-line with a floor at salvage value.
  • QR labels in print-ready sheets; any phone opens the asset record.
  • Loans: a loaned device raises an alert when it isn’t back by the agreed date.

A door for integrations

API tokens and signed webhooks let another system —a customer’s, ServiceNow or Jira— stay in sync with Iurefficient in both directions. Everything writes through the same paths a person uses, so rules, audit and permissions are honored; outbound webhooks are signed, retried, and refuse internal destinations.

Also

  • Training and Collaboration become part of the system: no one has to remember to switch them on.
  • ITIL types now show in English too.
  • The document editor gets the improvements that matured in iureditor, and the viewer renders callouts.

When upgrading: Collaboration and Training are switched on in instances that had them off. The survey and API tokens don’t turn on by themselves.
