Entering a contract by hand —term, amount, notice period, renewal— is exactly the work nobody wants to do. Now AI reads it and proposes each field along with the sentence from the contract that supports it. If it can’t find the sentence, it doesn’t propose the field, and nothing is saved until a person reviews it.

Each contract also has its own chat and comments, and shows up in search.

The vendor view

The vendor view finally brings together what used to be scattered:

• how much the contracted services cost per year;
• how much we have paid that vendor over the last twelve months, according to its invoices;
• which contracts expire and when to give notice so they don’t renew;
• which equipment is left without a contract or warranty.

When a contract deserves follow-up, it can be turned into a project with one click, never automatically.
