What’s new? v4.93 — Paid next to calculated, and an acknowledgment that fills in your return

Published on October 7, 2026 · by Iurefficient · Updates

What’s new? v4.93 — Paid next to calculated, and an acknowledgment that fills in your return

Drag in the SAT acknowledgment and the return fills itself in; the tax report and dashboard show amounts paid next to calculated ones. Plus a corrected income tax table, an inventory that finally saves its settings, and the hours that are visible again.

v4.93.5 — The hours you couldn’t see

On four instances, the “Hours & approval” section of projects didn’t show up: an internal update failed silently because of a technical difference in how those databases store text. No hours were lost; they were just hidden. This version fixes the update and the section is visible again.

v4.93.4 — Security up to date, and an inventory that actually saves

We closed the minor findings from the security audit. The inventory module is now fully translated, and its settings came back to life: they had never been saved, because the screen sent them to an address that didn’t exist and the error was never shown. Ticket priority on the board now reads “High” or “Urgent” instead of an internal key. And in the tax module, amounts paid fill in on their own from the SAT acknowledgment.

v4.93.3 — Amounts paid, on the tax dashboard

Version 4.93.2 put amounts paid next to calculated ones in the annual report, but the screen people use every day is the tax module dashboard. Now the dashboard also shows the VAT and income tax paid for each month, with totals.

v4.93.2 — Paid next to calculated

After loading a year’s returns with their acknowledgments, the natural question is the usual one: how much did I really pay, and in which month did I drift from the calculation? The tax report now answers it in the same table: next to the calculated VAT and income tax you see what was paid and the difference, and at the bottom the monthly and yearly totals. That very view let us find, in a real case, a valid invoice that was missing from the March working papers.

v4.93.1 — When your accountant and the system disagree

A user brought us the most useful question you can ask a tax system: why is my accountant asking me to pay a different figure? We put his working sheet next to our June calculation and reconciled the difference peso by peso. Part of it came from legitimate accounting criteria, but two things were ours: the income tax table had the wrong fixed amount in its highest brackets, and it didn’t yet include the 2026 update. Both are fixed using each year’s official table.

The biggest cause, though, was something else: the system subtracted as prior payments what it had calculated itself, because nobody had entered what was actually paid. So we made it easy: now you just drag in the SAT acknowledgment, and the bank receipt if you have it, and the return fills itself in. We tested it with six years of real acknowledgments from the same taxpayer, in every format the SAT has used.
