What’s new? v4.111 — The Monday report, complete

The Monday General Dashboard now includes the CRM pipeline and tickets about to breach; OCR’d photos open as photos, and archived work no longer counts as overdue for external agents.
v4.111.2 — Archived is not overdue
An external assistant connected through MCP told a user about more than two hundred overdue tasks and a project “with problems”. The project had been archived for a while: what it saw were pending items nobody closed when archiving it.
External agents now see the same thing the application does: due dates and the project list are limited to what is still in progress, and archived work only appears when explicitly requested.
v4.111.1 — A photo stays a photo
When text recognition is applied to a photo, Iurefficient also saves a PDF with the text it found. Opening the photo displayed that PDF, and the viewer drew it as a broken image.
Now the photo opens as a photo, the PDF opens as a PDF from the version history, and the viewer decides how to show each file based on what it really is.
v4.111.0 — The Monday report, complete
The General Dashboard that arrives every Monday counted projects and tasks, but said nothing about what the dashboard does show: how the sales pipeline is doing and which tickets are about to breach.
The report now has module sections for the CRM and the service desk, calculated with what the recipient is allowed to see. And a report’s image is now uploaded instead of asking for a server path nobody knows.
