What’s new? v4.107 — Collaboration and Training, for everyone

Turning on Collaboration or Training no longer requires adding each person one by one: they are available to every active user. In several installations, collaborators had gone months without being able to comment.

v4.107.0 — Collaboration and Training, for everyone

Turning on Collaboration or Training was not enough: each person also had to be added individually, and in several installations collaborators had gone months without being able to comment or join channels because nobody had done it.

Now those two modules are available to every active user as soon as they are turned on. The other modules are still assigned person by person, and channels and comments still respect what each person is allowed to see.

Also

A task can now be created from the list without choosing a project, and an installation set to English receives the system prompts in English.
