What’s new? v4.105 — An opportunity on a project that already exists

The CRM now links an opportunity to an existing project, company research with Gemini works again, and electronic signature records who signed.

v4.105.0 — An opportunity on a project that already exists

When a client asks for an extension or a maintenance contract, the work already has its project. Until now the CRM only offered to create a new one or to move documents one by one. Now the opportunity links to the existing project: its documents move into the project file, and anything attached later does too.

Unlinking it deletes nothing, and closing the project does not mark the extension as won.

Company research with Gemini

Company research with Gemini did not work in almost any installation: the key only arrived if the assistant chatted with Gemini, and almost nobody does. Now Central assigns the CRM research key separately.

Campaigns and electronic signature

• The sender of Brevo campaigns is entered on screen.
• In Electronic signature you can also set how a third party is identified and how long the link stays valid.
• The signature history now says who signed.
