What’s new? v4.102 — Training with your own account

A course classroom you enter with your Iurefficient account, a fix so that enabling a module reaches the whole system, and demo instances that no longer send email.

v4.102.2 — Demos stop writing to real inboxes

Demo instances are filled with made-up people, yet they were still sending real notices: tasks coming due, reminders and welcome messages went to addresses that don’t exist and came back as bounces. Now a demo instance sends no email at all. The flows still work on screen —inviting, sending for signature, preparing a campaign— and all that remains is a line in the log. For any other installation, such as a test copy, sending can be switched off with a setting.

v4.102.1 — The classroom opens, and enabling a module reaches the whole system

The first real test of the classroom found two things. First, “Go to the classroom” stayed on “Opening the classroom…”. Each instance’s security policy only lets forms be submitted to its own site, and the entry to the classroom was precisely a form to iurefficient.com. Now, when the browser blocks it, entry continues through a link that works only once and expires in two minutes.

The second was broader: when a module was enabled or disabled, the change reached only part of the server, which serves requests with several processes at once. Until a restart, the module worked sometimes and not others. Now every process checks the real state and the change applies across the system within seconds.

v4.102.0 — Training with your own account

Iurefficient now has a course classroom at iurefficient.com/aula, and with this version each firm’s users enter it with their own account. The new Classroom (LMS) add-on puts “Training” in the menu: one click and the classroom opens already signed in, with no second password. There each person sees their courses, their progress and, besides the general catalog, the courses their organization prepared only for its own people.

Under the hood, the instance signs an entry pass that lasts two minutes and works only once, with a secret specific to each organization that is stored encrypted. If the firm uses Human Resources, the classroom also receives each person’s position, area and manager, so training can be organized by team.
