What’s new? v4.100 — Parallel signing and the legal library for everyone

Everyone signs at the same time by default, the legal library now serves every specialty, and AI receives the full project context when generating documents.

v4.100.1 — Create the prospect without leaving the opportunity

Anyone opening a new opportunity for someone not yet in the CRM used to find “No prospects” and a disabled button, with no explanation. Now, from the same search box, you can create the prospect in one step with the bare minimum (name, company, email, phone), and it is selected without leaving the form. If the email already existed, nothing is duplicated: the existing record is found so you can pick it.

Along the way, the settings screens for network probes and discovered devices in Inventory can now be reached from the list: they existed before, but you could only get there by knowing the address.

When sending a document for signature, the screen numbered signers one after another without asking, so signing was sequential: if the first person did not sign, the others never even found out. Now everyone signs at the same time by default, and you can choose for them to sign in order or for one person to sign last, after the others. We also stopped re-sending the invitation to people who already had it every time someone signed.

The shared legal library —statutes, theses and case law— was only consulted by firms registered as legal. A consultancy drafting a confidentiality agreement found nothing, even though the applicable law was there. Now every specialty consults the public library.

And a defect that mattered more than it looked: when generating a document with AI, the project context was lost along the way and the model wrote with almost no data. That is why some drafts came out generic. It now arrives complete, with its references.
